- 60 Day notice to terminate lease;
- Property may NOT be subleased without permission from the home owner;
- Lease signor must take possession of the property within 48 hours of signing the lease.
- Inspection of the property can be done with 48 hours to tenant.
- Property damage / destruction must be reported within 14 days to property owner.
- Lease may be renewed with 30 days prior notice to the end of the lease term.
