The kitchen has a very large granite island, dishwasher, slide in range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer.
The living room has a fold out sofa, couch, chair, end tables, coffee table, lamps, a TV and entertainment cabinet.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 nightstands, lamps, TV and an entertainment cabinet.
The bathroom is equipped with a small walk in shower and a one sink vanity.
Although the cottage is furnished the pots, pans, utensils, linens and towels are the tenants’ responsibility.
There is a window A/C between the living room and the kitchen with fans in each room to help with airflow. It keeps the cottage very comfortable on those rare warm Napili days.
New Washer and Dryer, 12/22, so you don’t have to take your laundry off the property.
New Dishwasher, 12/22.
Shared driveway with the main house. Cottage parking - one or two cars depending on size.
The cottage itself is 448 sq. ft.
The large outdoor patio has multiple options for you to dream of uses for. IE: patio furniture to bring indoor living outside, entertainment, plants or craft area, outdoor office and so much more.
