SUMMARY RENTAL CRITERIA
-We look for favorable credit history, good references, sufficient income, and the ability to move-in within 14 days of the available date.
-If approved, we require one full month's rent, plus deposit to move-in
-We do not accept co-signers
-Please read the full rental criteria when submitting an application.
HOA MOVE-IN REQUIREMENTS:
- Move-in fees/deposits or procedures: ?$150 move in/out fee and an additional deposit check for $300. You will get the deposit back if there aren't any damages to the common areas. The tenants can pay to the HOA.
