Adorable One Bedroom Northfield Apartment!! - This is SUCH a great unit! It will definitely not last long. This entrance to the unit is in the back of the building, where there is a good amount of off street parking, and your very own private porch! There is a small entryway as you first enter for your shoes. The living room is a nice size, and is open concept with the galley kitchen, complete with beautiful cabinets, and plenty of storage. Around the corner is the bedroom, which is huge, and has a great closet! The bathroom is in the bedroom, has a nice stall shower and some storage. There is nice tile floor throughout, and the whole apartment has such a cozy feel! This unit is walking distance to Norwich University, and the village.
Included: cold water, sewer, trash/recycling, lawn care, snow plowing.
Resident is responsible for: propane heat, electricity, and cable/wifi if they choose.
No smoking.
No pets.
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
1 year lease required
