This unit has hard wood floors in the living room and bedrooms, and vinyl flooring in the kitchen/bathroom. The stairs are carpeted. Both units in the house share the front porch, off-street parking, and yard.
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge) will stay in the kitchen. We have a window A/C unit for the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
