905 Pleasant Street is a stand-alone house that was split into two separate units. This ideal location at the corner of Pleasant and 9th Streets on University Hill gives you easy access to Pearl Street and the CU campus.

Apartment A is the top level of the house. There's a common entry, then a separate/locking door that leads up to this apartment. This unit has hard wood floors in the living room and bedrooms, and vinyl flooring in the kitchen/bathroom. The stairs are carpeted. Both units in the house share the front porch, off-street parking, and yard.

This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge) will stay in the kitchen. We have a window A/C unit for the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.

Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.

905 Pleasant is a stand alone house that was split into two apartments. Unit A is a 2BR unit upstairs. Unit B is a 3BR, on the ground floor and basement of the house. Unit B uses the attached garage. There's a parking lot in back for both units to use.
