Looking to fill one bedroom (for an ASAP or December 1 move-in) in a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment on first floor of a 3 unit building! The apartment was updated a few years ago and contains a fully furnished living room, free laundry in unit, central heat and A/C, a back porch, and a driveway. The room available is large enough for a queen bed (as shown in photos) and 2 dressers or dresser & tv stand. The room also has a large closet. You would be sharing a full bathroom with one female roommate.
The apartment is a 10-12 minute walk to Orange Line T station (Stony Brook or Jackson Square) or Green E Line T Stop at Heath Street. There is also the 39 bus to Back Bay Station or Forest Hills right at the end of our street.
There are currently three of us living in the apartment! Two females (age 27) and one male (age 28). We work in human resources, nursing, and data analytics. We enjoy going to the gym or working out at home, exploring new restaurants and bars around Boston, and when our schedules align, watching a movie or having wine nights together! Occasionally we will have friends visit from out of town.
Rent: $993.50/month + utilities (under $100/month/person)
First and security due upfront by landlord.
We would like a roommate that is fun, down-to-earth, professional, and clean/organized that is looking for a long-term living situation (not just a few months). We are interested in someone who would like to be friends in addition to a roommate!
