2/1 Duplex in OLD WEST TAMPA - 2/1 duplex unit in Old West Tampa neighborhood. Ten minutes away from Tampa Downtown and couple blocks away from Interstate 275. Freshly painted walls through, central A/C.

? Application Fee (Non-Refundable): $50 for each adult over the age of 18 that will be residing at the

property. You must fill out one application per adult. May take up to 72 hours for approval or denial.

? Last 4 weeks of pay stubs are required immediately in order to process the application. Please fax them

to [Use CALL button] or email them to [Use EMAIL button]

? Pet Fee: $250 PER PET. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

(No aggressive breeds, some restrictions or

exceptions may apply. Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Presa Canario,

Chow Chow, Doberman Pincher, Akita, Wolf-hybrids, Mastif, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute,

Siberian Husky, Dalmatian. This list is subject to change at Owner/Managers discretion.)

? A $125 administration fee will apply upon approval

? Palm Island Realty will only hold the home for a maximum of 2 weeks with a security deposit.

? If approved, the security deposit and signed lease is due within 48 hours in order to secure the

property.*All portions of the security deposit must be separate from any other fees*

? Proof of Active Renter’s Insurance Policy. Personal Liability of $100,000 must be provided to release keys upon

scheduled move in date.

Requirements:

? Must have a combined household income of 3 times the rental amount per month.*

? Cannot have any evictions or any landlord collections within the last 5 years.*

? Cannot have any outstanding utility bill balances. If you have these on your report, you must show proof

that the balance was paid before your application can be approved.*

Credit Score Guidelines:

? If you have a credit score of 620 or higher you are required to pay the first month’s rent and a security

deposit.

? If you have a credit score of 619 or lower you are required to pay the first month’s rent and a double

security deposit.

(These guidelines are subject to change based on each individual’s background screening.)

*If negative information is found in any category the application is subject to denial.
