Front half was built in the 30s & back half has been completely renovated so you get vintage charm + airy and modern. Super tall ceilings. Two blocks from Shelby Park & Frothy Monkey and super close to the shops on Fatherland, Urban Cowboy, Lockeland Table, etc.
Really peaceful and SO spacious with two living rooms, a gorgeous kitchen with tons of storage, a fenced in yard with fire pit area and smoker/grill, garden beds, lots of trees and plenty of sun. Tons of street parking on a super safe street. I’ve never had an issue or incident in 3.5 years of living here.
You would be signing a 4 month sublease until August with option to renew the lease then.
