17 Brewster Court - This contemporary, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is the perfect home base to explore all that Charleston has to offer! Situated on Brewster Court, this home provides peace and quiet and privacy while still being extremely close to Charleston's popular King Street!
Enter through the front door into the open living room, kitchen, and dining space. The large windows let in loads of natural light making the space feel bright and airy! The living room features a comfortable sectional sofa and smart TV. The kitchen was recently updated and features beautiful white cabinets with loads of storage space, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island with seating for two. You will also find a dining table in this space with seating for up to four people. This is the perfect space to entertain! There is also a half bathroom just off of the kitchen for your convenience.
On the second floor you will find two bedrooms, one featuring a queen size bed, and the other a king size bed. There is a jack and Jill bathroom in between the two bedrooms that features a shower/tub combo and vanity. There is a small porch on this floor as well to enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather!
On the third floor is the large master suite. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and tons of windows to let in natural light. There are two large closets with plenty of storage and a beautiful en suite bathroom which features a double vanity and tile shower. With its own private top floor balcony, this is the perfect space to relax. The laundry room is also located on this level which features a full size washer/dryer.
One off street parking space is included and is conveniently located on Brewster Court.
Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.
The Neighborhood - Cannonborough/Elliotborough:
The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough/Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Chubby Fish, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Goulette, R Kitchen and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery located nearby. We recommend going here for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and the delicious croissants and breakfast sandwiches. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants. Publix conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well.
Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
