Winslow Place is pet friendly. Our Pet deposit is $400.00 per dog and $300.00 per cat. The monthly pet rent is $45 per dog and $35 per cat.

$50.00 to park in the covered carport
$40.00 Locker
There is a $100.00 security deposit for parking garage remote.
All Deposits are fully refundable.

Screening Criteria:
- We process applications based on first in time rules mandated by SOCR. Applications made through other 3rd party websites such as Zillow are not valid. Applications must be made through our property website [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] - The application must be considered complete before time of completion is taken for first in time rules
- For an application to be considered complete, a valid id (ie: driver's license, government issued id), proof of income (ie: paystubs), as much as 3 years of rental history with contacts as well as a holding deposit must be provided. Any other applicants over 18 in the same party must apply separately for the entire party's application to be considered complete.
- Qualified applications must have a minimum of gross monthly income to be that of 3 times the monthly rent.
Holding Deposit:
- Holding deposit can only be provided once interested party has seen the unit unless they specify in writing that they are willing to provide the holding deposit sight unseen.
- Holding deposit is half of the refundable security deposit and it shows your goodwill that you want to rent the room and that you are willing to move forward with the application. The holding deposit goes directly to the security deposit so you are not paying anything extra. Once holding deposit is received and the application is complete, management will run a background check, verify employment, and call former landlords. If there is something wrong with the application and we must deny your application and you will get your holding deposit. If we accept your application and you decide to not sign a lease and move into the unit, then the holding deposit becomes a fee. Please be sure before putting down the holding deposit because it is as if you are renting the room.
