The room on this listing is in the upper floor and the house is on a Cul de sec and located upper north of oildale in a very safe, clean, and quiet area. There is a law enforcement who live down the street. The room are 750 per month and 850 for two person per room.
We share the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. However, the bathroom should be equally shared two room per bedroom.
The rent also include a high-speed of 1gig internet, spectrum.
Even though we have medium Husky and a large King Shepard guard dog, we cant have anymore, so please no pet.
Only cage pet are okay, like bird, reptiles, fish, etc. Please let us know if you have allergies or allergic to dog fur.
All current tenant are at the age of 22 to 25, 2 female and 3 male. All are very respectful and keep thing to themselves. As for the parking space, we are limited to space but we ask to limited one car per room if otherwise, please let us know so we can arrange or come up with something.
As goes for the security of the house, all tenant at the house will have their own entry password to the house will be record. There is also a 24/7 smart Ai monitor camera for everyone safety.
