Fully furnished private bedroom with shared bath (with one person) in West San Jose available from April through end of September. We are looking for a short term tenant (ideally from May through September, but can be flexible on start and end dates). You will be sharing the space with two of our friends (both respectful, quiet men in their late 20's working in tech). Rent is $1200 and utilities and wifi will be shared among all tenants. We are available to show potential tenants in person or via Zoom/video call.
The room is ~130 square feet, and will come fully furnished with a full bed, desk, nightstand, dresser (if desired). We can also include a TV in the room. The living room comes fully furnished as well with a comfortable couch, TV, and bean bags (not as pictured). The kitchen is fully furnished. There is an attached garage with two spaces, and available street parking.
The townhouse is ~1650 square feet, 3br/2.5 bath, with newly done flooring downstairs, and fresh carpet in the bedrooms. You will be biking distance to Safeway, as well as the many restaurants at Santana Row, Valley Fair, and Downtown Campbell.
Note: The photos are from about a year ago when the house was staged for selling, so the flooring downstairs has been updated, and the furniture in the room will be slightly different.
