App requirements: Credit score of 575+, household monthly net income of 2.5x the rent (monthly bills that appear on the credit report will be factored in and please fill out that portion completely in the application if you apply, clearly stating how much of each bill is paid monthly!), good residential history, and no bankruptcies or evictions within the past 4 years. The income documentation MUST have your name, recent dates, and income clearly shown. Please do not send screenshots of only the income portion of the document.
***Please note that we only hold homes for UP TO TWO WEEKS and NOT PAST THE CURRENT MONTH. You must be able to move within two weeks of application approval, but the move in cannot be past the current month. If you are not looking to move this month we will not be able to hold it even with a deposit. If it is available the following month then we can move forward with a tour, deposit and move in within that month.***
Pets: 2 pet max. $200 nonrefundable pet deposit. $20/mo pet rent per pet. 60lbs weight limit and certain breed restrictions
Renter's insurance is required and can be purchased through us for $13.00/mo or you may use an insurance company, but we will require the declaration page of the policy by/before the move in.
