Studio Apartment at The Lanai in Eastlake - Available now, this unit is about 390 square feet on the top floor (4th floor). It's got a great deck that overlooks Portage Bay. The floors are hardwood and though it's legally considered a studio it is laid out more like a small one bedroom with a living room facing Fuhrman Ave. In addition to vertical blinds, it's also set up with a curtain rod to hang blackout curtains. I live on site and am quite possibly the most responsive apt. manager in the city regarding maintenance. Electricity bill is metered by Seattle City Light and water/sewer/garbage are $40 for a single occupant or $55 for a pair.
