Holden Court Apartments is a 12 unit apartment complex & is located next to Fitzgerald Hall on the UCM campus. 2 designated parking spaces come with each apartment so there is no need to pay for a parking tag on campus or drive around looking for a parking spot. Walk out your door and you are on campus. Our apartments are very affordable with water, sewer and trash included with the rent. Tenants are responsible for paying for the electricity. Tenants are required to apply ($50 fee per adult living there), get approved and sign a 1-year lease. The first month's rent and a 1 month's deposit are due before move in. This property is pet friendly, but we do require an additional $350 deposit per pet along with an additional $25/month fee per pet. 2 pet limit.
