Rent for this downstairs home is $1,649/month plus each tenant pays $40/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling, water/sewer and common area electric. We will require a strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,649 security deposit. No last month's rent deposit is required.
