There's a wall heater unit in the living room. Though you will rarely ever use it in Sunny LA. This gated and secure Duplex comes with one gated and secure parking spot, a remote for the gate, and easy street parking for your guests. Pet-friendly with an extra pet deposit. It's also close to Bellevue Park.
