Rent includes: Cable TV (spectrum 100+ channels), Wifi with modem already in place, utilities (heat, water, sewage, garbage) snow removal, all maintenance and repairs. The only thing that goes in your name is the Electric bill. My highest electric bill over two years has been around 36$. If you don't want the electric bill in your name, I can keep it as is and send you the bill each month. Unit can be available for you the first week in May. Lease must start by the end of June. Only requirement is willingness to keep the condo clean and take care of it.
