Cain Corso, Husky, Great Dane, Akita, Boxer, Wolf Hybrid.
Utilities included in the lease: none
Utilities paid by Tenant: Gas, electric, water, sewer and trash
Appliances Included: Range/Refrigerator/Dishwasher/Washer Dryer hookups
Snow removal is the responsibility of the Tenant
Lawn Care is the responsibility of the Tenant
*Tenant pays annual HOA fee of $50.00 on 1/1 and monthly HOA fees of $10.42*
Free online rent payments.
1st-month rent is due at signing.
1 Month Security Deposit at move-in date.
Minimum credit score of 600. Those under 600 will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
