My name is Kayla. I just moved into my home in September. I have 2 German Shepherds, so if you are considering moving in, you must be a dog lover! I am a teacher, so my job is very stressful. My ideal roommate would be someone who is quiet and clean.

My entire house is 1,600 square feet. The upstairs is where your room would be. It's a large room with wooden floors. The paint in the room is a little crazy so I will need to paint over that unless you like the teal :) On one side of the house through your window, you can see the Minneapolis Skyline! I have a little home gym downstairs that you could use. Smaller bathroom, but it's functional. Laundry is in the house as well.

For utilities, split 50/50. I have internet already established. Fenced in backyard. Code entry door. ADT system is active. On street parking.
