I am really fed up and want to call these "ladies" out on their BS as to what times they were called and all the messages back and forth with the vendor in trying to get Quality HVAC out to look over the heater so that they would have heat in the frigid temperatures. Shannon & Shelly cannot say it was from lack of trying, nor can they say that they had "no idea" it would be so late on Thursday since Shannon told them they were there, and then 40 minutes later when Quality HVAC got there, sorry, it's too late. Text messages between the vendor and Shannon/Shelly are saved to drive and in folders showing the days they were contacted and times. Andrew Young with Quality HVAC contacted Shannon at 5:13pm on Thursday evening and told them that he didn't know what time his brother (William the B side tenant) would be there but if they were ok with a later appointment then Quality HVAC could get them checked out that night. Shannon told them that was perfect that she would be home. At 8:41pm Quality HVAC sent Shannon a message that another tech was close by and Shannon said we are here. At 9:18pm when the the HVAC tech sent Shannon a text that he was there, Shannon sent them a text and said she didn't realize it would be so late and that their gate was frozen and then said Shelly would be home all weekend. Chase Roberts with Quality HVAC offered to help get the gate opened and Shannon told Chase with Quality HVAC it was ok, that it (the gate) did this all the time and that they had tried everything. Shannon told Chase with Quality HVAC that they were both nurses who had to be up in a few hours are were just going to Uber into the hospital. The tenants were told that the HVAC techs were headed to Houston on Friday and Shannon asked about a Monday appointment as they were without water and going to both be staying in hotels this weekend. Quality HVAC told the tenant Shannon sure, that they would touch base with them on Friday. On Friday at 11:31am, Josh Bridges with Quality HVAC reached out to Shelly trying to schedule a time for them to come by that day to look at the unit and Shelly informed Josh that they were both at work all day that day until late. Shelly said that she could be available over the weekend, otherwise it would be Monday. On Saturday, Chase Roberts with Quality HVAC contacted the tenants at 8:43pm asking if someone was home so that they could look at the AC and were told no, sorry they were staying at a hotel for the weekend and would be home Monday afternoon. Andrew with Quality HVAC informed Beckie via text message that he would group chat with them and his brother William (lives in the B side) to see what time the tenans would be home. Andrew told Beckie he would forward all the messages that he received from Shannon and Shelly once an appointment was solidified. Andrew sent Beckie a copy of the text message sent to Shannon and Shelly on Sunday at 5pm that gave them an option of different appointment times. At 7:30pm last night the tenants had still not responded back. I messaged Andrew Young this morning at 9:00am to see if Shannon or Shelly had contacted him back scheduling a time.

Carter Bruce 10:12 AM (56 minutes ago) to me Stephanie, I was able to speak with Kevin, our weekly pool tech, and he said that Anthony turned off the heater while he was there. He said that Anthony will have to come back to look further into the pool heater problem. Also, since we have no cell reception there at the house, Kimberly will have to connect to the wifi. Water is included in rent thru Feb 2017 when the owner of unit A will then add a submeter for the water. Right now, no way to separately bill tenant C. Cable available thru ATT or Time Warner Cable at tenant's expense only. Salford Trash is tenant expense and utility to pay. Electricity bill will be submitted by landlord in unit A to tenant in unit c as there is a submeter on unit C for verification of electricity usage, but no separate hookup to utility company at this time.
Lovely small unit within walking distance of Lake Travis and Hudson Bend boat ramp/docks.
