4) No Evictions or Criminal record. Minor police violations can be reviewed for approval, as long as qualify for income and other general requirements.
5) Individuals with not so perfect credit, or minor background issues can be evaluated for possible approval depending employment and historical income
6) A cosigner can be used to meet income requirements
