Everything is brand new - kitchen and bathrooms, all new appliances: gas range with oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, on-demand water heater (low gas bills!) and the washer/dryer in the shared laundry room - directly accessible at the back of our apartment.

This listing is for the Master back bedroom (12’9”x 17’7') which has it's own large closet, and a full en-suite bathroom connected to the bedroom.

It's located on a quiet little block with lots of families. Lots of light and birds chirping makes the place feel very serene and homey.

Bills are split four ways across all four tenants: gas and electric, cable/phone and internet. A SOLAR roof offsets the majority of the electrical costs for the entire building - this gives us a large solar credit against our electric bill.

There are RING security cameras and motion triggered lighting systems are installed on the front and back porches. There’s a RING doorbell which works with an app on iPhones and Android phones.

There is a locking mailbox (for everyone in the apartment) as well as a package dropbox on the front porch - this is shared by the all three apartments in the building.
