The front sunny bedroom in our spacious 4 bedroom, three bathroom garden apartment near Mills is about to become available. This one bedroom has its own private bathroom located off the shared hallway.

There's a large shared living space LR/DR and kitchen dining area. The living room, dining room and kitchen dining area are somewhat furnished, but your bedroom is yours to decorate and furnish. If you have furniture for the common areas you’re welcome to bring it or store it in the garage out back.

It's located on a quiet little block with lots of families. Lots of light and birds chirping.

Bills are split four ways across tenants: gas, electric and internet. A SOLAR roof offsets the majority of the electrical costs for the entire building and give us a large solar credit against the electric bill. Each room has its own heater and controls so you can manage your own room’s temperature.

RING security cameras and motion triggered lighting systems are installed on the front and back porches. There is a locked mailbox and a package dropbox on the front porch - shared by the all three apartments in the building.

The building is an owner-occupied triplex, and the landlord (who is posting) finished the pre-med post bacc program at Mills College in 2021. There are citrus and stone fruit trees in the front yard (sweet limes &;; sweet grapefruit - “oro blanco”, pluots and peaches), collards, artichokes and flowering plants including roses and honeysuckles in the front yard. The back yard includes an avocado, guava and rose apple trees as well as edible greens. If you’re interested in gardening and animals you will feel at home.

Pets are considered with references and a pet application. If approved, there is an additional .5 month rent security deposit. There are two cats living downstairs, so your pets need to be friendly and able to live with other pets. There are two dogs and more cats that live upstairs.
