- The home is COMPLETELY powered by solar panels (paid for by owner) so you'd have little to no electrical bill each month depending on small fees and usage from TECO.
- Owner has the A/C system regularly cleaned and maintenanced twice a year paid by owner.
- Fenced in yard great for pets. NO BREED RESTRICTIONS. All pets are welcome with approval and a small fee may apply
- We are in the process of moving so the home will not be available until an eta of April 15th pending everything goes smooth with our new home.
- If moving in April 15th, $1,250 due and security deposit of $2,500 due at signing. If moving in May 1st, full month rent and security deposit due.
- $50 application/ background check fee applies.
