The cottage has brand new interior paint & carpet. We also did a deep clean of the HVAC system and kitchen appliances. As the owners, we deeply care about and regularly make improvements to the property. We want to make our house feel like your home; that's why you can count on us to do our best to quickly resolve our tenant's problems and maintain an open and friendly line of communication.
The main house of the property is occupied by a very nice couple and a large (but friendly) dog. The cottage unit is also dog-friendly but will require an additional $1,000 security deposit and in-person doggy interview (normally, one month rent required for security deposit). All tenants of the property share the remodeled backyard, barbecue, and washer/dryer.
