- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: PODS are not allowed in the community. Security system is as-is. Water filter in garage must be replaced once white substance is gone, or every October, which ever applies first. Vinyl plank not to be mopped but the use of vinyl specific mops. Granite countertops must be cleaned with granite specific cleaner.

- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
