$500-room for rent in a shared house!

Anybody need a room to rent in a shared living space? Hi everybody my husband and I are in need of lodgers to help fill our 3850 square foot home. Located right off the downtown connector you are just minutes from a variety of things like Fairmont State, hospitals, shopping, parks, etc.. The house itself consists of 2 floors with decent basement and attic, 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, a carport and private backyard. We have storage options in the basement and people are free to decorate the home to help make it their own. Utilities are split evenly for everyone so it's always good to not have to be alone with the bills. Also we do require $500 security deposit on top of first month rent.
