We are seeking an on-site manager who will receive a rental credit for tasks and duties performed at the property called Capri by the Sea! Capri by the Sea is an 17 unit gated community located just blocks from the ocean near Oceanside High School and S. Coast Hwy's restaurants and bars. The complex features on-site laundry facilities, bike storage, and single car garages. The building was building was built in 1970 but has been well kept. The landlord/owner has plans of future renovations within the next year.

Role/Responsibilities of On-Site Manager:

*Sweeping, dusting, mopping and surface cleaning common areas

*Maintaining a clean trash area/bins

*Administrative on-site tasks for the property management office

Compensation

Hours: 31 hours per month

Rate: $20/hour

Rental credit amount: $620 per month

Rental Rate: $1895 - $620 rental credit = Only $1,275!

Security Deposit: $1,600

Lease Duration: 6 month lease, then it goes month-to-month

Landlord Pays: Water/Sewer, Trash Pickup, Exterior Landscape

Pet Policy: No Pets Please
