Our condo family consists of mostly adults, including retirees and owners who live out of town. Therefore, we are very low key with quiet time beginning at appx 10:00 p.m. during the week (11:00 p.m. weekends) out of respect for our neighbors and in compliance with our condo “rules and regulations”.
Appliances are included: stove, fridge (ice maker not included) microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer (located inside apt in separate laundry room off galley kitchen).
Easy-care wood-plank design laminate flooring throughout.
Electricity, water, and basic cable are already in place and you can conveniently include your electric bill pymt with your monthly rental payment.
Two garbage dumpsters are kept on the property.
Living room has a tv and sofa. Bedroom has full-size bed with beautiful coastal bedding, a large screen tv, two large sized closets, and there are patio doors which open onto a patio arranged with a comfy love seat and recliner to chillax, while enjoying the view of the swimming pool that is located directly beside the apt. There is a tennis court on premises.
A convenient beach entrance with free parking is five minutes away by auto.
Plus, the Hathaway Bridge is only four miles away.
St Andrew’s State Park is 2 1/2 miles away.
I will consider allowing the renter to bring a fur baby on individual basis with an extra pet deposit and monthly maintenance fee and if in compliance with our condo rules. A dog-walk area is a few steps away for doggies on a leash.
The apartment is currently vacant and is ready for immediate move-in.
This apartment is my personal home and I will continue to reside in the immediate area and
inspections will be carried out periodically to ensure compliance of rental apartment agreement & condo rules/regulations, and to check condition of apt; with appropriate notification of course.
