I am renting a room in my 3 bedroom home in Fair Oaks that has a beautiful backyard and backs up to a park, with convenient access to hiking trails. I work from home as a life/biz coach, and I have 2 Boston terrier sidekicks who are my babies. They are quirky, spoiled, and will love you to death. I'm spiritual, down to earth, cuss like a sailor and wear my heart on my sleeve. I read astrology and work with crystals and tarot cards, so if that bothers you then this isn't the space for you. My home is fully furnished and decorated, and has a safe sanctuary feel to it. I am seeking to temporarily rent out one of my rooms (3-6 months) to someone who is respectful, clean, open-minded, loves quirky pups with great personalities, honors personal space and is drama-free. If this feels right to you, perhaps my high-vibe meditation room can become your bedroom! (Rent doesn't include utilities. Those will be an additional $200 approx each month, after a 50/50 split.)
