There is one bedroom with a huge walk in closet and another sitting area off the bedroom. Open kitchen living room with a mud room off kitchen with washer/dryer hookups and shelving and another entryway room off the living room. There is a detached cellar for a storm shelter and storage. You can pull into the yard and park on the car pad leading straight to the front door. Nice sized back yard with trash pick up off the alley. We also put on a new roof this summer which is not reflected in the pictures
This house is in a great neighborhood just a block from the high school and middle school! Refrigerator and stove included.
A refundable deposit equal to a month's rent is required. If the pet(s) is approved, a pet deposit of half the rent is required with half of the pet deposit refundable. Pet rent also applies.
Online applications and leases are available. Paying rent is also made convenient by having choices of direct allotment, ACH payments via checking account or credit/debit cards. We also accept checks and money orders. Putting down the security deposit can be done on-line as well.
Clay Center is a wonderful small community about 35-45 minutes to Manhattan or Junction City and 35 minutes to Fort Riley. We have everything you need for day to day living located right here in town. We built a new water park a several years ago and a playground/park as well. We also have a nice free zoo which has been renovated and rebuilt in 2019/20, public library, private country club and public golf course and many more activities and attractions. This is a great community to raise a family in or to just get away from the JC/Fort Riley/Manhattan area.
