There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen, a fenced in backyard, and a dog door already installed. Pets are welcome as long as they get along with my pup. There are two bedrooms upstairs with ample closet space and a full bathroom upstairs as well.

Pets welcome! I have a dog, Beezer, on the property who is super friendly. Any pets will need to do a meet and greet to make sure they get along. I pay all utilities AND internet! I mow the backyard, and renter mows front yard. No smokers. There is on-street parking, but be aware that the city does street sweeping on Thursdays April-October and you need to move you car those mornings.
This is the best kind of roommate situation! You have your own laundry unit, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedrooms. I live in the fully equipped studio basement of the townhouse, and the rest of the space is yours! I'm happy to provide references from my current tenants who are moving out in May.
