Renter pays for electricity, internet, and TV service. No pets, this is a building rule for renters. This is a nonsmoking unit. Renter will pay a $29 nonrefundable fee for a credit, criminal, and rental background check. I require the renter have steady income. If retired, I may ask for a higher deposit amount.
