The Pleasanton Ave Apartments - Thank you for your interest in the Pleasanton Apartments located at 2815 W Pleasanton Ave Unit D! This property is located just blocks from Whitewater Park and downtown Boise. Units have been updated with washers and dryers in the units and upgraded cabinets and counters. This is a great place to call home in a wonderful location.
Currently, we have the following units available for move in on ~4/17:
2 Bed 1 Bath - 960sq ft | $1,395 Rent + $15 Admin Fee | Residents are responsible for electricity. Renter’s Insurance is required. This can be purchased through personal insurance or through Commercial Northwest for $11.00 a month.
I will be available from 9:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday once the unit is vacant on 4/2.
Pictures are of a different unit. Cabinet finishes are lighter. Use pictures to get a general idea of unit layout.
The Pleasanton Apartments are pet friendly. We accept up to two pets. There would be a $500.00 additional pet fee and a $25.00 monthly pet rent per each pet.
For your reference, here is some information regarding our application process:
Our application is online at: [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] There is a $30 application fee per applicant
We require 2 forms of ID (1 government issued, 1 photo ID) – for each applicant
Proof of income – combined income from all applicants needs to be 2.5x the amount of rent
$1,395.00 deposit – paid in either personal check, cashier’s check or money order (The deposit can be used to hold an apartment for 5 days before rent needs to be made on the unit).
We do not accept anyone with Evictions, Felonies, and/or anyone that owes money to other Property Management Companies. Also, we do not accept Section 8/ Housing Vouchers.
