You have an indoor staircase to get up to the apartment- where you enter into the charming kitchen. The kitchen has a door that allows you to access your private porch, and be used as a back entrance. There is a nice closet, which would make an excellent pantry! The large bedroom is off of the kitchen. The living room is gorgeous, and has tons of natural light. The bathroom has a great tile shower and a nice tub! There is also a coin-op washer and dryer in the basement, so say goodbye to the laundromat! This apartment has great overall storage, and a lovely feel.
Walking distance to downtown, Currier Park, and great local restaurants!
There is NO parking at this building. A parking pass will be issued to the resident- it is about a 7 minute walk from the lot to the apartment.
Resident is responsible for electricity, which includes the hot water, and cable/wifi.
Cats are OK for $25/month. Must have references.
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
1 year lease required

Our application is located right on our website- just simply click “apply now” next to whatever unit you are interested in! Everyone over the age of 18 will need to apply. You only need to apply once and it is good for any of our units!
The applications take about 4-5 days to process- Once approved we will email you the lease to sign electronically- the security deposit is due upon signing.
