Security Deposit to be paid within 24 hours of accepted application, and (financial) occupancy of residence must be taken within 7 days of placing deposit.
Office hours are M-F 9-5, all inquiries will be responded to in this time frame.
Application requires a credit check and background check. Income requirements are that applicants make 2.5x the monthly rent in income. Employment and past landlord references will be verified.
