In order to be considered, you will need to contact us by phone to answer a few questions about your income information, so we can pre-qualify you. There are three different ways that you can qualify to rent this property:
1. If you have maintained employment at the same place for at least 1 year and earned at least $30,000 in 2022.
2. If you and another adult who will be living in the property combined with your income amounted to at least $30,000 in 2022 and are both currently employed.
3. If you have someone who will guarantee that the rent will be paid who has maintained employment at the same place for at least 1 year and earned at least $30,000 in 2022.
Income from sources like government assistance and retirement income will not be considered.
APPLICATION PROCESS
A questionnaire is attached. There is no application fee. Each adult must complete a separate questionnaire and provide proof of earned income. We do not perform credit checks.
