All upcoming units have some stairs between main door and entry to apartment. The design of the complex does not allow for elevators. The apartments are all single level- no stairs once you enter the unit.
Rents start at $1550 per month. Tenants pay electricity and cable/internet if desired. All other utilities are included in rent. Security deposits are commensurate with level of rent and condition of unit and complex.
