APPLICATION, LEASE TERMS, AND FEES

- APPLICATION FEE: Non-Refundable $45/adult (all occupants 18+ need to submit an application)

- APPLICATION TURNAROUND TIME: 2-3 business days

- LEASE LENGTH: 1 year

- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: No barbecue grills may be installed or used within any balcony. Move must be scheduled 5 business days in advance and can be completed Monday through Saturday. The moving company must deliver a current certificate of liability and workers’ compensation insurance, naming the Association as an additional insured, to the General Manager at least two (2) days before your scheduled move. The Move fee is $175 and there is a move Deposit of $250.

- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability

SUMMARY RENTAL CRITERIA

-We look for favorable credit history, good references, sufficient income, and the ability to move-in within 14 days of the available date.

-If approved, we require one full month's rent, plus deposit to move-in
