Plank floors in the living/dining rooms, carpet in the bedrooms (walk-in closets in both bedrooms). The kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of cabinet space, and there's a washer and dryer in the unit. All utilities are included in rent, including WIFI, and there's a smart TV in both the living room and the master bedroom. There's plenty of kitchen cookware to get you through your stay, and plenty of extra towels and blankets, and if you're lucky enough to visit in the summer, a nearby community pool is available for use!
