UTILITIES, OTHER INFO: Landlord pays for gas, electric, and water/sewer, and tenant pays $150/mo toward them. Tenant is responsible for snow/ice removal. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required.

PETS: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted. Check with leasing regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable pet, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. Max 2 pets.
