This is a quiet natural oasis on a bike path, just minutes from Woodman's Supermarket. Walking distance to the newly-restored Garver Feed Mill, a variety of restaurants and shops on Fair Oaks Avenue, Olbrich Botanical Gardens, and more.

Dishwasher in kitchen. Shared driveway parking space available with plenty of on-street parking. This is a non-smoking building. Pets are welcome. Pet fee is $40/month for dogs, $25/month for cats. Shared laundry and storage in basement.

There is an additional $45 monthly utility fee to cover water & sewer. Tenant pays own gas & electric.
