This well-appointed Victorian-vintage home has just been updated with paint and flooring. At one point, an addition was built onto the home and split into three apartments. This is a four-plex, however the main home is larger and has its own fenced backyard. There is one bedroom downstairs with the kitchen, bath, and living area. The second bedroom spans the whole upstairs loft area and has a large closet. There is on-street parking available and the home is situated just two blocks from the old historic downtown area, parks and more. Laundry hookups available in the kitchen. A stacked washer/dryer set is recommended, see photos. The home has a private entrance and front porch. No pets, no smoking. Professionally managed by Frontier West Properties. Application fee is $35/person over the age of 18. All persons over 18 must apply, regardless of income/works status as we do conduct criminal backgrounds as well. Deposit is equal to rent. Water/sewer is $25/month and billed with rent. Home is all electric, so that will be your only bill. Snow & ice removal is the responsibility of the tenants (since you have a private entrance). Trash is free and located in the alley in community trash bins. Tenant is responsible for yard care in the back yard.

The Unit features a large eat-in kitchen with extra pantry storage. The bathroom is also very large with extra built in storage. There is on-street parking and is always ample. Each room is heated by electric baseboard heating and allows you to individually climate control each room, if you like.
