This is a shared rooming house. There are 24 bedrooms in the home and 8 bathrooms with 3 kitchens. The house has a cleaning service that cleans it weekly. You will have a private room on one of the three floors. This is a male only rooming house. It is in a great neighborhood close to stores, the village, the water, and 5 minutes from the LIRR. The property manager lives on site. All electric, oil heat, and water are included in the rent. We accept DSS and other options. It is also perfect for a working professional or student. The house is safe, quiet, and clean. The house is on a very large property with plenty of safe parking. No pets allowed.

Step 2: The manager will reach out to set up a time to see the house
Step 3: Background checked if you want to move forward and you will be sent a link to do a background check. There is a 30 dollar fee. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT CREDIT BUT WE DO NOT ALLOW FELONS OR SEX OFFENDERS IN THE HOME.
STEP 4: We will send you the lease, it's MONTH to MONTH.
Please note, we do not allow drugs or alcohol in the home. We have a 24 hour surveillance system that records video and audio. The common areas of the home, bathrooms, kitchens and hallways are professionally cleaned every 10 days.
