The living room has a stone fireplace, a large TV, lots of windows and tastefully furnished. There are 3 large bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms that have heated tile floors, linens, and towels. Each of the bedrooms has its own door to the large zero scape backyard and tiered patio. The patio has 2 dining sets, gas grill, a large sectional couch, heat lamp, and views of Chimney Rock and Thunder Mtn. A laundry closet includes washer and dryer with storage space. There is ample parking on the property as well. Streaming-ready TV (ROKU) and WiFi. Enjoy the "wildlife highway" nearby including, deer, javelina, quails, and rabbits as they meander through this charming neighborhood. With its International Dark Sky designation, Sedona is committed to dark skies preservation. As a result, sky gazing from the patio is spectacular on a clear night. There is a variety of restaurants, shops, groceries, and trailheads all within walking distance or jump on the Sedona Shuttle. Minimum is one month lease and maximum is 1 year. Rent is $3,600 with utilities and internet are included (with a $300 cap).. $2,000 security deposit, $300 non-refundable cleaning fee, pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, no smoking.
