Don't let the square footage fool you...the floorplan of this home is laid out nicely to allow for 3 spacious bedrooms PLUS a small room that can be used as an office, craft room, yoga sanctuary, or ??? All rooms have ceiling fans, newer carpet and newer laminate throughout the rest of the house.
