The house is freshly painted, a new full bathroom (with tub), and hardwood/laminate floors throughout.

Heated by Natural Gas and has Central Air Conditioning.

In accordance with CT State Law, we accept all legal forms of payment, including all government housing voucher programs which cover our area.

Number of Occupants: The Town of North Haven sets a limit of 3 non-related people living in a single-family residence. If 4 people will be living there then at least 2 must be related, if 5 people will be living there then at least 3 must be related...etc. There are no exceptions to this town ordinance.

Tenant Responsibility: All Utilities ( Electricity, Gas, Water), Renters & Liability Insurance, Snow Removal, Lawn maintenance

Landlord Responsibility: Liability Insurance, Maintenance/Repairs, Mechanicals, Property Management, Real Estate Taxes, Trash

Lease terms: 1-year minimum (preference given to longer-term leases, higher monthly rate for term less than 1 year), 2-month security deposit (depending upon credit history), the screening fee is $40 per adult occupant, and the landlord will perform credit, criminal, and eviction checks. Rental references and credit scores of 650 or more are required. Up to 2 SMALL pets are considered for a non-refundable $300 per pet move-in fee plus a minimum of $25 per pet/per month pet rent.
