If 4 people will be living there then at least 2 must be related, if 5 people will be living there then at least 3 must be related...etc. There are no exceptions to this town ordinance.
Tenant Responsibility: All Utilities ( Electricity, Gas, Water), Renters & Liability Insurance, Snow Removal, Lawn maintenance
