Holding Fee* $250.00
STEP TWO
Rental Agreement signed:
50% of Security Deposit ***($725.00 minus Holding Fee ($250.00) = $475.00 due
Lease Administration Fee: $150.00 due
STEP THREE – 4 days prior to the move in date
First Month Rent: $1450 **rent proration, if applicable
Cleaning Fee: $400.00
Remaining 50% Security Deposit ***$725
TOTAL MOVE IN COSTS: $**$2050
*The Holding Fee will be applied to the Security Deposit.
**Rent proration if moving in after the first of the month.
***Security deposit is refundable but shall not be used as a credit towards final month's rent. 50% of the security deposit may be required upon approval of the application if tenant is not moving in immediately.
Renters Insurance: Before the applicant takes possession of the property, he or she will put Renters Insurance in place and list DRE HOLDINGS 14-III, LLC as the “Additional Interest”.
