Getting around is a breeze with the U-Street Metro Station and several main bus routes close at hand. When staying local, U Street and the surrounding neighborhood offer a plethora of some of DC's newest and most sought-after restaurants and nightlife.

There is an application fee of $50 per applicant. The minimum lease term is for one year. The minimum credit score requirement is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). A household gross income equal to or exceeding 3x the monthly rent is preferred. Tenants are responsible for separately metered utilities (electricity & gas), and 3/4 of the total building water bill, the water, as well as cable/WIFI (if desired). Tenants are responsible for general landscaping maintenance and snow removal for the front entrance & rear deck. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with the payment of a one-time non-refundable Pet Fee of $300. Smoking is prohibited. This unit will be ready for move-in around mid-January.
